Edward Boehmer joined the 27 for its fourth edition and continued as a member for 30 years. Though a designer of printed material, he is perhaps best known as a pioneer in the art of paper sculpture and has recently created two unique children's books utilizing that technique. For years he maintained an office at the top of the 333 North Michigan building, now freelances from his home studio in Park Ridge, Illinois. 27 Chicago Designer member: 1939-1969
