Josef Feher now lives, works and teaches in Hawaii, where he was born. A member of the 27 in its early years, he was very influential in Chicago illustrative design, making beautiful black and white drawings for Collins, Miller and Hutchings, Abbott Laboratories and the Chicago Tribune. His murals and posters for United Airlines lured many travelers to Hawaii, including himself. 27 Chicago Designer member: 1938-1947
